Beautiful product, conforms to the description and to the idea we had of it. Very well packaged. Assembly: not so easy, you really need two people and some pieces are hard to fit together and then rotate to align.

The delivery person did not want to use the tailgate of his truck to lower the package to go faster and not get tired. He therefore dropped the package which was damaged. Fortunately, there was no breakage inside but the cardboard and pallet were damaged.

The merchandise was delivered on time and is of good quality... the only downside... the instruction manual does not always specify the order in which the assembly should be done. I had to disassemble part of it to place the ladder.

Delivery on time and complete, clear installation guide even though assembling with 2 took a few hours. After several hours of use, nothing to report, the material seems durable and of good quality. Customer service for a part is responsive and attentive, in short, a very good purchase!

Serious site and fast delivery. The materials are of good quality but not easy to assemble, you need at least 2 people. The instructions are well explained. The only thing I find really impractical is the complicated net to assemble and my trampoline protection, there isn't really any fixation, so when you jump the spring protection comes off. My old low-quality trampoline had its fixings, it's a shame because the trampoline is great.

Satisfied with the shipment and the product, even though it took a while to find the old order to identify the model to order. However, upon receipt, there were no indications for installation (neither manual nor indications on the product itself). We took some time to find how to properly position the protective mat and even wondered for a while if we had ordered the wrong model. Now satisfied with the result.

A little scare upon receipt, the dimension on the delivery note was not the same as what I had ordered. 5 cm off, but that can be important! In the end, everything is fine, it's the right size!

France trampoline offers the possibility to maintain trampolines by providing all spare parts. Therefore, it is easy to replace parts that have worn out. We live at altitude (snow and extreme cold) and have had the trampoline for 7/8 years. Our children enjoy a trampoline in very good condition even today, partly because the original quality is present and partly because we have been able to ensure optimal maintenance thanks to the quality of France trampoline's services. We recommend and advise this seller
