Very pleasant and very professional phone contact. The package is delivered on time. Very satisfying. However, efforts could be made regarding the packaging: the trampoline is delivered in 2 stacked boxes and these are really damaged, I didn't have time to unpack the boxes to see if the product is damaged.

Package arrived with difficulty, several changes of parcel relay without being informed. Once arrived, I noticed an error on my part during the order (dimensions of the jumping mat). Customer service responds quickly, I order the new one which arrives quickly. To return the incompatible jumping mat, it’s a hassle, France trampoline does not provide for the return via its carrier, so the return is at my expense and expensive. The package has been here for at least 2 weeks and still no refund. The products are of quality but the after-sales service is not up to par. Too bad. Be cautious when ordering spare parts.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to respond to this E-Komi review. We are quite surprised. We announce a delivery time of between 3 and 6 working days in summer and your order was shipped by the DPD carrier on 21/07/2023 and delivered on 27/07/2023, which is within a period of 5 working days. The tracking link, sent by email to all our customers, clearly shows the change of relay point on 24/07/2023. For spare parts, we specify on each product page the dimensions to take to avoid any errors. For a jumping mat, you need to: 1. measure the overall diameter (outside) of the trampoline, 2. measure the length of a spring (overall, including hooks and detached from the trampoline), 3. count the number of springs. Regarding the handling of returns, it is clearly stated in our T&Cs that, unless we are at fault, all returns are at the customer's expense. Finally, as explained today by email, when you ordered several items, you selected a payment in several installments without fees and the last payment is due tomorrow, 18/08/2023. Only one item from your order has been returned and the last payment does not only cover the returned item. We are therefore obliged to wait for this payment to proceed with the refund. We strive to provide as much information as possible to our customers and to have a responsive and transparent customer service. We are available by phone and email from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 12:15 pm and then from 1:45 pm to 5:30 pm. Order processing and delivery quick and efficient. Very good telephone reception when making inquiries after the order. You need to allow time for assembly and be a bit muscular for assembling the legs. The negative points are as follows: 2 attachments for the protective sleeve are missing. The ladder attachment does not click onto the bar and is very unstable. We have to carry our daughter to install her in the trampoline. As the ladder lifts the protective net, the zipper closure is elevated and it is difficult to get down from the trampoline to place the feet on the ladder, even for our teenagers. The information sheet sewn onto the protective net to the right of the zipper has been placed askew, which looks careless.

Evaluation: + The material is of very good quality. - The ladder does not allow for a very secure ascent and descent from the trampoline (lack of ramp). + Customer service is very courteous and professional. - Logistics is not their strong point (failure to meet deadlines, no control over delivery providers, and damaged package upon receipt) Experience: I contacted the sales service and placed my order quite in advance for delivery on a specific date (due to a secondary residence). Close to the deadline, I learned that the delivery would not be at my place on the desired day. I had to rent a van to go pick up the packages at the warehouse 1 hour from home. Some packages were damaged and opened. The after-sales service made a commercial gesture for the compensation and offered to replace the items that could have been damaged upon receipt. The material was intact. Assembly: The elements are easily identifiable in the assembly manual. I assembled it alone with my 8-year-old son, it took a bit long (the whole afternoon) but it was doable. The slightly difficult parts: - Pushing the feet onto the base structure - Turning the structure once the feet are fixed. - Pulling the last springs to secure the jumping mat. Usage: The oval 490 trampoline bounces very well across its entire jumping surface. The safety net fulfills its role correctly. Trials - Front and back flips - Jumps with two and three (< 150kg total) - Sitting, lying down, kneeling Conclusion: Given the quality of the material and the professionalism of the agents, the logistics errors are more than compensated.

Good on the phone, but I first ordered a trampoline net on the site.... and after a month, seeing nothing coming, I contacted by phone where I learned that it was no longer available.... I was directed to another cheaper net that I received, but to install it I had to undo the knots to attach it (send the non-knotted ties).

Ekomi site not optimized for phone. France Trampoline order shipped quickly but problematic delivery via untrustworthy provider. Offering a pickup option directly at the platform would avoid many unfulfilled delivery schedules. Otherwise, quality trampoline. Easy assembly. Very solid structure. The fabric is a bit soft for athletes. The finishing band could look better with more Velcro for good support. Satisfied with the product.

Very satisfied with the trampoline, assembly took longer than expected though. It is solid and seems resistant. Delivery problem: the delivery person never contacted us as expected. On the online tracking: no info for several days. It was only after several calls that a delivery date was agreed upon. We were disappointed to have waited.
