The only thing we really missed was more explanations on the assembly instructions for our safety net. 'Real' photos would help us understand in a more concrete way the method to use to assemble the net from start to finish. Otherwise, the contacts are very competent and very friendly.

One part had a slight defect: a female tube missing a hole to engage the safety of the male tube (safety net). For even more convenience, a small assembly video on the site would be welcome.
