Good overall impression, product not yet installed (Christmas), choice of carrier rather mediocre however (logistics service like the delivery person very unpleasant).

Satisfied with the delivery and its speed. We haven't had time to set up the trampoline yet.

Trampoline of very good quality however the assembly took longer than expected. We have not yet been able to fully enjoy this new game due to the weather conditions in our region and we are eagerly awaiting the return of nice days.

Can you contact us again in January, as this purchase is for our grandchildren's Christmas, and the package will not be opened until December 26. For the delivery, it was fast, and seems without problem, as the boxes were intact.

I haven't tried the trampoline yet because it's for Christmas... As for the delivery, it's perfect... I was called 3 days after my order to schedule an appointment. The delivery people arrived very punctually and the packaging was in perfect condition

Very good trustworthy site with very fast shipping, however the delivery with the carrier was a bit complicated. Had to take two mornings off my work time only to end up having to call each time because the delivery was not made at the agreed times or not made at all! For the quality, I cannot judge since it is a Christmas gift!

professionalism of the delivery company: I had people on the phone who even called me back to ask why I hadn't sent my email to change the date and delivery address as agreed by phone in the morning (but it was due to an error in my email address). Just that a small plastic part at the base of the head that holds the net in the air was broken despite an undamaged package (surely the parts bumped during transport) the pallet was brought to my garage. As for the assembly, I did it alone for the trampoline in 2 hours including unpacking the parts and this without any problem even though I am just a mom. 2 more hours for the stakes, the spring protection, the net, and the ladder. The only difficulty for the assembly where you need to be two is to thread the whale into the upper part of the protective net and to fix it on the heads of the posts because you need to be tall. Delighted with this purchase and a little one over the moon

The product is of good quality and seems robust (the years will tell, but we have friends who have had this product for 6 years), however I found that the quality of your assembly instructions is average to mediocre (unclear diagram, vague explanation). This is, in my view, unfortunate because it is the first contact of the customer with your product and the first impression is always lasting. Super fast delivery, less than 5 days after the order. Quality of the material present. Ovalia 490 model with net, ladder, and football net. I contacted customer service for information and got a response 10 minutes later. I assembled it all by myself in 6h30... it was the first time I assembled one.

defective part in the received package. new part sent express by france-trampoline but a bit of time lost between the reception of the first package (Friday afternoon) and the spare part (Tuesday morning)

Good phone contacts allowing to finalize the choice of the Jump'In 360 trampoline. Delivery scheduled between 1 PM and 3 PM, arrived at 11 AM: no problem we were able to have someone move to receive the packages. Assembly possible by 1 calm person attentive to the instructions. The product seems to meet my expectations, I hope the children's use will confirm it. Not sure I will use the site again as 1 trampoline should be enough for me :-) or for maintenance parts; however, no problem recommending the site and the product.

Top quality material, solid, easy but physical installation, you need at least 2 people for assembly, even 3 at certain moments. The kids are thrilled. And I am very happy to have chosen this oval model which is different, pleases the children and is practical for acrobatic figures! My only downside is about the delivery, I had to call twice because the carrier gave no sign of life.

Protection mat too small, barely covers the springs. The net closure system (velcro) is impractical and far from being as ergonomic as a rack. For the rest, the material is of good quality.
