Hello, the trampoline is fantastic, I would buy it again, it is very professional. I would simply improve the contact with the customer once the product arrives so that there are no assembly problems; one feels a bit neglected once the purchase is made. Thank you. Very big delivery issue and the carrier (KN) was rude, incorrect with an obvious lack of professionalism. The company France Trampoline was present and responsive to the problem, even if unfortunately they remain powerless in the transport world!

Delivery in a few days but unfortunately it's at the order that we know the product is out of stock so too late for the children's birthday gift. The carrier is supposed to make an appointment for delivery. Which is not the case at all.

Products of very good quality. For family use, trampoline outside all year round, the fabric lasts at least 5 years. The time between the order and delivery is very quick. One star less due to an unpleasant delivery person.

We chose the oval trampoline with the trampofoot. The product seems to be of good quality, the children are having a lot of fun. Delivery times were perfect and we were able to arrange to pay in 3 installments. We are satisfied.

As soon as unpacked, you know you are dealing with a quality product. The entire material is well made and seems to be very durable. Assembly is easy and relatively quick. The accessories (spring pads, net, ladder) are also of impeccable quality. I will still have some reservations about the protective pad covering the springs. The fasteners are too few in number and it tends to come off during use, leaving the springs exposed. I had to do some stitching with sail material to remedy the problem.

Good material. Fast delivery. Very correct packaging. Easy assembly with instructions in French. One small downside: manufacturing defect on 2 springs. Out of 88 springs, it's not essential and I will contact the company to arrange for an exchange. The first impressions are good regarding quality. Review to be reassessed in a few years.
