Regarding the order, no issues. Fast delivery in 5 days. Well packaged. Material conforms and apparently of good quality. The protective cover cannot be installed when the safety net is mounted. It would be good to also offer a "light" cover for daily protection.

We had no problems. The only criticism is that the trampoline ladder does not fit the model we purchased, the solution of digging the ground is ridiculous, how to dig a concrete terrace to compensate for the height problem? It would be desirable to be able to see if the item is available or not, or at least if the chosen item is still in stock. Indeed, we had ordered a trampoline model and the company had to call us to inform us that they were out of stock. We had to choose another item by phone... a bit of a shame...

The purchase advice is satisfactory. The delivery and delivery times are perfect. But be careful for an oval 490, plan for 4 adults and 3 hours. Only small downside for the assembly of the protective net, the rods that support the top of the net are very, very difficult to put on and came loose during installation. I think we will have to take them down.

Very good telephone reception and advice. But a small disappointment with the immediate transfer of delivery to an external platform, which is very efficient. A small hiccup for the delivery due to the multiplication of subcontractors without exact transmission of the requirements given at the order (loss of information slowing down the delivery person despite himself) Assembly took longer and was more laborious than announced. But we are satisfied.
