One point to improve: the delivery company that forces you to block the day to receive the package. The delivery person did not want to drop the packages at the bottom of the stairs, because it is supposedly not in the contract, not all houses are on the ground floor!

It would have been easier to be informed of the delivery day because the trampoline almost went back directly!! It is also regrettable to order a trampoline intended for the children's club for professional use and to discover once assembled that it is intended for family use. However, seeing the children spend their afternoons jumping puts everything into perspective.

Trampoline delivered in good condition within the expected time. Nothing to say about the assembly except for the difficulty of attaching the elastic on the inner side of the cushion to the frame. For now, the trampoline is satisfactory given its low usage due to bad weather.

The lack of follow-up on the delivery, the carrier did not call me to make an appointment for the delivery, I had to call you (72 hours after your notification), you gave me his name and phone number when I called him, he told me he only took delivery of the package on the same day delivery was made very correctly on the agreed day and time.

The delivery is not up to the service. Difficulty scheduling with A***, truck not suitable, I had to go pick up the package with a trailer. It is difficult to have good carriers. But I think if we all work on it, we should be able to make them change their method. Best regards

The service is good, the deadline indicated on the site is respected, the appointment is indeed made by the carrier and it is respected. For the trampoline, it is very simple to assemble, the design is simple and effective. The only small downside is that a fixing nut for the net structure was missing. Otherwise, nothing to report.
