Quality product, delivered within the agreed time. The children are delighted! and so are the parents... the assembly is quite easy and quick but there is a missing tool to attach the springs when it becomes difficult because you have to pull hard to attach the spring to the support. Fortunately, a friend lent us what we needed. Without that, we risk getting hurt if we let go when the spring is tense. The tool provided is apparently not made for that. It only serves to fit the legs into the structure.

Hello, Hello we ordered on your site. The processing time for the order was very quick. However, we have a remark to make about the delivery. We received a delivery notice in our mailbox without having been informed beforehand of their arrival. It would have been wise to be informed by SMS or email of the day and time slot for delivery so that we could make arrangements to receive the package. We called the delivery unit specifying the future delivery date and they did not take our request into account (the delivery did not take place). Long but easy assembly, a second person needed towards the end (5 hours) the new nets with fiberglass arches are really good, finish and efficiency top. As an adult (70 kg), this trampoline is very fun, super bounce, be careful as you can go very high. The entrance door and the chassis are perfect. The oval shape in 430 allows for good movement across the entire surface. 10-year-old children (25 kg) have a lot of fun and the bounce is also excellent.
