Small downside: Assembly instructions are too vague. Given the quality of the product, it is a shame not to draw a simpler instruction sheet to understand

The package was delivered quickly. However, the new way of attaching the mat to the trampoline is quite complicated. This is the 4th mat I have ordered in 18 years. I prefer metal eyelets to rubber passages where I can't get the elastics through to attach the mat. It’s not worth more than one star * !!!

We believe that the new model of Apollo 400 has worsened at the entrance to the trampoline. It is very tight and is no longer open at the bottom like the previous model. Definitely, the entrance is very narrow. In our case, which is for use by different children and every Saturday, the entrance area will end up breaking very quickly. The assembly instructions are not clear at all (besides not being in Spanish). We had to disassemble what was already assembled several times since the instructions do not warn of the mistakes you can make. Too many hours of assembly. This can be avoided by making clearer instructions that prevent assembly errors that force you to disassemble everything already done to continue.

Very well advised for the purchase of a net and trampoline circle to replace the old worn ones over time.

Hello, I am not satisfied with the carrier, he did not deliver the product on the day we agreed. I waited all day because he announced delivery during the time slot from 8 am to 6 pm and he did not come. I lost that day waiting so I decided to go pick up my package at the warehouse. Back then, the customer was king and now it is no longer the case. I really regret that... Regards.

Overall very happy. The assembly instructions for the zip line were a bit light. You need to be a bit handy to get it done.

The order is easy, the delivery is fast and the carrier is reliable. One remark however on the product. We found it disappointing that the screw thread of some elements was so damaged that it was unusable! We had to buy screws again to finalize the assembly!

I ordered a fiberglass hoop for my trampoline. I found it easily, and received it quickly. The model had changed, it did not have an elastic to hold the rods. This elastic is optional, but I asked the seller who responded quickly to confirm before installation. A small note clearly stating that there is no elastic and that they are not necessary for assembly would be really nice. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.

A bit disappointed

I ordered fiberglass arcs for a trampoline with a diameter of 427 but those were not connected to each other, I just received all the components loose. It should be specified in the order that all these rods are not connected, as this is not what I expected. I need to find elastic thread myself to assemble them. Not cool.

The shipment was fast. We receive updates on the delivery which is nice for organizing. The package was received and delivered without any issues

The trampoline is a gift for our little girl. We know the product because our eldest daughter has it. Our other daughter to whom we gave this trampoline is waiting for nice days to set it up (she lives in Haute Savoie). I hope the package will be complete.
