Niet zo makkelijk in elkaar te zetten als het in het boekje beschreven staat, verder blij mee.

I was asked to choose a day for delivery. On that day, I had to travel 40 km to the summer house where I expect the delivery. I waited the whole day and nothing. I've lost one day. This is not how you treat your clients. Very disappointed. Most likely, I will not get my order even after 4 days.

Great trampoline. It's a job to assemble, disassembling it won't be easy, but it jumps really well, is of good quality and the kids are delighted

I am missing 5 carabiners that were offered to me for repair and 6 days later still not shipped from the warehouses, so still handed over to the delivery person, will I ever get them?

The items are of impeccable quality. However, I ordered 2 items and had to pay shipping fees twice. I wanted to choose free shipping but I never managed to validate my order. So I selected Chronopost, a paid service. Moreover, the jumping mat was packed in a simple open plastic bag... That makes the delivery expensive... The springs were delivered a few days later in a well-sealed box. One delivery would have been more economical and more ecological...

a bit complicated to install but does the job!

I am very happy with the product even though I regret receiving a promo code a few days after ordering!! However, the trampoline's edge does not stay between the net and the outer bar. It's a shame. There are hooks that broke very quickly as well.

Delivery was late. Fortunately, the delivery person was friendly. The installation instructions were very brief, leading to errors. Some elements were difficult to install, resulting in injury. The result is fortunately up to standard!

Products conforming to my order, protective net for my 4.90m oval trampoline, but unfortunately damaged! Holes at the closure system of the access flap... A bit disappointed given the price, one could expect better quality!

These are not exactly the same springs as the original ones but they are the correct size to replace the broken ones.

Delivery time of 2 to 5 days not respected. The trampoline did not arrive in time for our child's birthday. The delivery took 10 days.

The service and delivery were perfect. The difficulty came later, with the assembly. Very difficult to assemble.

I bought a new protective net for my trampoline purchased 15 years ago. I was very disappointed with the quality of this product compared to the net I had, which was obviously purchased from you. The zipper is of a single length without a return and not reinforced, the thickness of the mesh of the net is considerably reduced. The old net must weigh double that of the new one. It's a shame to reduce costs and compromise quality. I will hesitate to recommend France trampoline now.

Be careful with the assembly instructions which sometimes lack precision (for the climbing dome)

It's the right size but my trampoline is green (wowhh390) and I received a net with blue, so once installed, the colors are mismatched. Too bad

The trampoline meets the description. However, a bit disappointed with the quality of the net and hooks. It does not prevent the children from slipping underneath and at the first fall one of the hooks holding it broke. I have serious doubts about the long term.

Complete delivery. However, the originally promised fast delivery date (with corresponding additional costs compared to a normal delivery) could not be maintained due to delivery by freight forwarding. The geodome itself is a great stable piece of equipment for the kids.

Good, but packaging still not great.

Order (large squirrel cage) shipped and received quickly. Nice surprise upon unpacking, the colors are beautiful (I hope they will remain so over time). The assembly manual is relatively clear. We assembled the bottom part by tightening minimally but it was too much... a bit tricky to move on to the second. The paint chips very quickly and for not much, and one of the bars bent with disconcerting ease... once we loosened it to the max, we were able to assemble the rest without too much trouble. Fortunately, the 2 enameled tubes are hardly visible and the one that was bent could be straightened. Once assembled and all screws tightened, the structure is relatively solid and can be easily moved by one adult. We were 2 for the assembly and it was necessary. We are happy and the children too. We'll see about the durability over time but for now it's great.
