Timely and efficient delivery

The package arrived well packaged but the instructions were not easy to follow

Low-quality plastic attachments of the protective net surrounding the trampoline, break easily, I doubt their durability with the sun, I wonder about the safety of the children!!

Very good product except for the hammock which was defective and for which we still have not received a replacement?

Order history impossible. Following a call, I was supposed to be contacted again, that never happened. I managed on my own.

For order processing, no issues, fast processing and compliant delivery, however, spare parts are not always easy to obtain and the price for 2 spare parts is almost the cost of a new part. It's a shame.....

Trampoline contour mat received well, quickly. Installed on our model that we have had for over 10 years, still top-notch! A bit large compared to the diameter despite the correct item ordered but I think it will be fine over time. It had the same issue with the net when we changed it two years ago... Very good company, very solid item, serious and with spare parts always available despite the years!

The order went very well, but the product is not of optimal quality. The net is coming undone.

The jumping mat does not match, but the customer service contacted me following an email from me. An exchange is in progress at shared costs

For the quote, the technician on the phone and the delivery nothing to complain about! But on the other hand, the new tubes ordered do not have the same powder coating finish and being in construction and knowing the prices I know it's a matter of economy and for the fiber rods it's the same, I received 10 cm scraps to go around the trampoline and without string, it looks more like reconditioning and at a high price than new! Too bad…

Ordered via colissimo Friday afternoon at the cost of ***e in fees and still not received even though it was indicated that by colissimo the package could be delivered on Saturday. I request compensation for these fees. on 11/04/22

Effective product, but be careful with the cable that can get stuck in the slot and prevent it from working! It would be better to replace it with an aramid cord that is less likely to get stuck and will have a higher resistance than a cable. (e.g.: 3mm diameter in aramid = 560 dan of break resistance!) The product works very well for rope zip lines too! But watch out for the cable!!!

Blocking a whole half-day for delivery is inconvenient... especially without a backup solution (drop-off)

Everything worked great

No problem placing the order and for tracking. Moreover, the installation was complex and complicated to implement.

Processing and trampoline are very good. The instructions for assembly are of high quality, but a few small but important points are missing. Since everything has to be very tight, the assembly is strenuous and we needed up to 6 hands at times. Some parts were not 100% accurate. But it was worth it: the trampoline is fun!!!

Reviewing the transport - 1 of the packages arrived, the box was open and crushed, the visible bars. I am waiting for the assembly to check the final solidity.

Product good, everything complete. Delivery time is advertised on the homepage as 2-5 days, which was one of the reasons for choosing this provider, we needed the product quickly. After about 2 weeks, we inquired by phone, the gentleman we reached on the phone seemed rather burdened and uninterested. Delivery by freight forwarding after about 3 weeks was correct, unfortunately much too late. Too bad.

Very pleased with your high quality product and order process which was very simple. As somebody English, it was also very good to have an order system that allows you to select English to understand the order process. My only feedback concerning improvements would be around some messages I received regarding the delivery as there was a problem finding my address but all of tge correspondence was in French and I had to use Google translate to understand what was going on. Very pleased with the quality of the cover as it's the same as the original and I couldn't locate on me in tge UK anymore as they've discontinued it. Only issue was, one of the elastic straps was missing. I had to check twice but one is definitely missing. I didn't do anything because of the language barrier.

Quality products but, despite a relatively early order, the gifts did not arrive for Christmas.. Main gift for the children, we were therefore forced to buy additional gifts so they had something under the tree... Big disappointment therefore.

Very good product, of good quality! But delivery time too long, and often postponed..... Last item received in January 2022, order placed in April 2021!!!!!......

The plastic hooks to hold the safety net are not sturdy enough: 2 broke while putting up the net. These are the same plastic hooks for the protective mat covering the springs. We have 4 broken just after the first season of use. We bought from France Trampoline for the quality and spent the financial means for that, so of course, we are disappointed with this part of the product. We will therefore contact France Trampoline's customer service for a commercial gesture (free supply of hooks).

The ninja course is good, but the ropes (part of the elements) are hard to grasp. First installation not easy. Better to be two.

Hello, online purchase OK, FT contact OK. For the product (a replacement jumping mat, this one is waiting for Spring to be assembled, so no review for now) For complete trampolines, given the sums involved, one might regret that there are no demonstration spaces (at the regional level for example). I wanted to acquire a large rectangular trampoline, but in the absence of product visualization and given the investment, I did not take the plunge! Another idea I had submitted at the time: With the agreement of customers who have already purchased a trampoline from you, having contact details to possibly see the products in place. Best regards

Average rating due to delivery issues: contrary to what was announced during the order, the delivery person did not contact to set a delivery day. He showed up at the delivery location without notice and we had to improvise a delivery at a kind neighbor given the weight and bulk of the package
