The ordered goods are absolutely top and of super quality! However, we couldn't understand why the delivery came via freight forwarding. The pallet on which the boxes with the goods were secured was in very poor condition. It unfortunately fell apart completely during unloading. Everything actually went well, unfortunately it was not clear on the homepage that the fiberglass bows no longer need to be used with rubber bands. That is, no detailed info that it would hold without rubber bands. The assistance for assembly was great! We were able to reuse the old bows and therefore we actually didn't need the new bows. However, we kept them because the whole back and forth shipping would be cumbersome.

Following the order for changing the safety net and the protective foams for the posts. A mounting manual is missing from the package. When the trampoline has been assembled for several years, you no longer know how to disassemble it, especially how the posts are fitted and locked (by a spring pin) and the junction point of the fiber arch fitted but not marked during assembly (marking this greatly facilitates things) And a small manual for reassembling the ordered elements. Very good replacement products mounted for 2 weeks, the children are safe and happy.

Unacceptable to charge *** euros for shipping fees when we live on an island where there is a bridge, so there should normally be no problem for deliveries. We watched an online video before assembly, it's complementary to the manual to avoid mistakes when attaching the springs.
