You indicate that the max slope is 8% (the elevation is therefore 3.60 m) and that the max weight is 110 kg. The energy that the spring must be able to withstand should be: 110 X 9.81 X 3.60 = 3885 joules. However, the spring is completely compressed at 700 joules, which is very insufficient.
