I confused hexagonal and round on the site. Error noticed by a sales advisor: well done and thank you again. Okay, I didn't pay enough attention, but you could be more precise/clear about the choice of model/spare parts to reduce errors like mine. Off topic: (I tripled the anchor points)(visdeterre.com), one amount bent due to the wind + broken hoop (year n°1). Never again will I disassemble just before the storm starts (I was a bit scared once...)

Very good service except for the delivery which had to be rescheduled so that I could be present and help the delivery person as he was unable to unload the packages alone due to their size. It would be good in the future to plan for a second delivery person or a truck with a larger lift gate to maneuver easily and without risk.

Very good without issues, EXCEPT the delivery, the delivery person set a day and a time slot to drop off the package, but in the end, I wasn't even contacted by phone when he didn't see me arrive, so the delivery person signed for me and left the package in front of my entrance door visible to everyone on the street (it could have been stolen). I am correct because I did not make a scandal and said that I had not received anything as many people could have done to get another one.

Hello, the package arrived well but the delivery person left all the packages in the middle of the road, without checking if my husband needed help!!!
