My trampoline is in winter storage. Therefore, I couldn't set up the ordered part. Order received very quickly but I didn't appreciate the delivery service that doesn't notify, bumps into the door and announces another delivery day without giving any time, neither morning nor afternoon.....

The jumping mat fits well and is just right. The callback to confirm the dimensions is helpful and a good service. If the tool to replace the jumping mat were automatically included or offered upon request with the delivery, the service would be perfect.

The Apollo 500 trampoline is of excellent quality. However, the assembly instructions are poorly written: they are not up to date (they do not mention the provided bungee cords), and they are not precise enough to allow for a good assembly on the first try, resulting in us assembling some poles upside down and wasting time. Close-up views of the details are missing.

I rated this order as average not for the trampoline, but for the carrier. First, the delivery hours from 10 am to 5 pm are not compatible with our lifestyle, and moreover, the delivery person was very unfriendly.

The delivery was made quickly, on the day and at the scheduled time. The packages to be picked up are indeed heavy and require two people to handle them. The assembly is easy to understand but still requires a bit of muscle (mom + young teen = not enough strength). No additional material, other than what is provided, is required. No technical problems hindered us, only the lack of strength (to spread and then engage the legs, then to stretch the springs). However, once assembled, we had to move it, which turned out to be surprisingly easy: operation doable by 2. Assembled right after delivery, immediately used. The diameter of 3.50m is sufficient for fun and doing tricks (even for older teens). It is stable and completely meets our expectations.

The trampoline seems very good to us, very sturdy.
