The delivery was made quickly, on the day and at the scheduled time. The packages to be picked up are indeed heavy and require two people to handle them. The assembly is easy to understand but still requires a bit of muscle (mom + young teen = not enough strength). No additional material, other than what is provided, is required. No technical problems hindered us, only the lack of strength (to spread and then engage the legs, then to stretch the springs). However, once assembled, we had to move it, which turned out to be surprisingly easy: operation doable by 2. Assembled right after delivery, immediately used. The diameter of 3.50m is sufficient for fun and doing tricks (even for older teens). It is stable and completely meets our expectations.

Happy with the service and the treatment. But I had a problem with the straps of the protection band, 2 hooks broke, they are very thin, when placing it, I have mentioned several times for them to send me replacements since the band lifts and to date they have not sent me anything, my grandchildren are coming in October and they can get hurt. I bought it at the end of August. I trust you to send me 3 replacements otherwise I will instruct the bank not to pay the last receipt until I have those hooks in my possession. Sincerely ***

Quality trampoline that meets our expectations. Once assembled, the feeling of solidity and robustness is there. Time and use will confirm or not this very positive a priori. Easy assembly but the quality of the instructions could be improved regarding the attachment of the hooks of the protective band for the springs. Note that the video available online was made with different generations of attachment for this protective band
