Fast delivery and good product. The delivery by the carrier was tedious, I do not recommend DPD. Then the product is okay, except that for a 80 spring jump mat ordered, the one we received has 81 rings!! this is not very disturbing in itself, but it creates a wrinkled area at that spot. Not very aesthetic. I order from France trampoline to be sure of the quality, but I see that low-cost is present everywhere. Too bad

Very good quality trampoline, not more expensive than elsewhere and easy to assemble. I really recommend, you can order with your eyes closed. Just the delivery person who is not very friendly, the boxes very damaged and dropped right in front of the doorbell... and the trampoline (which is very heavy) had to be built at the back of the garden (75m away) when we have a path that allows entry with the truck.

I had requested a quote to replace damaged parts due to a storm. The quote was incomplete so I had a bad surprise at the time of ordering. The carrier did not deliver within the scheduled time slot (8am - 11am), indicated by email that I would be delivered on the scheduled day (so waiting on site all day) then at 7pm a new email stating that I would not be delivered on the scheduled day but the next day without specifying hours... ultimately delivery at 4pm the day after the scheduled day. On the delivery slip, the instructions for delivery to the neighbor in case of absence were not indicated: they were on the package that the delivery person probably did not check...
