On the delivery slip, the instructions for delivery to the neighbor in case of absence were not indicated: they were on the package that the delivery person probably did not check...

I recommend France Trampoline, quality item, and very well secured for children. Just one downside: the zipper for the opening is too narrow to get inside the trampoline, no support handle, which means that you pull on the zipper at the risk of breaking it.

The material is very good despite a missing part (clamp) The online instructions do not match the current model; the same goes for the main paper instructions. The trampoline is very good... We are very happy with the product! The downside is on the 'commercial' side. We found the offer unclear because we thought we would benefit from the internet offer of July with the free Trampofoot... except that we ordered during a sale period! We thought we would benefit from both... and unfortunately not! Ultimately, the sales were less advantageous than the Trampofoot offer, which left us with a bit of a bitter taste!!! (about *** euros on the site, while we saved *** euros on the trampoline...) In short, sales that are not really sales!!! Too bad!

We took an Initio 430 trampoline, apart from a small logistics hiccup (which was very well managed, by the way), the material is rather correct, no particular problem for assembly (instructions are quite clear), however, you need two people to assemble the safety net. In short, no issues, good purchase, children delighted of course.

Very good telephone service to guide us on the choice and after-sales service for some information on assembly; very good quality product. However, I do not recommend the paid option for delivery in 24/48h: for an order placed on Wednesday evening, we went to pick up the product ourselves at the carrier's warehouse the following Tuesday, for fear of waiting at least another 24h (it may not seem like much, but for a birthday gift, it's a bit annoying).
