Seat poorly adapted for children, the gap between the seat and the handle is too large. Instructions poorly explained, we had to redo it twice. And for the price, you still have to buy a sandbag for the brake. For safety, I also bought a safety harness for the children. The zip line is very long and the child can let go at any moment. It's dangerous with the speed. I don't understand how such an item can be sold without safety accessories at least for children. Otherwise, good item, we have fun, just need to review these criteria.

Item conforms to the order but delivery was difficult because the size of the package was not accepted by the Relay point. Result: Return to the carrier and package blocked with them for several weeks. Only my phone call to France Trampoline allowed to restart the delivery process which was quick afterwards. The website should check the size of packages before offering the Relay point option.

Good contact, but bad result: indeed the person who took care of me made an order mistake. I received a trampoline net that is not at all the size of my trampoline. So I have to return the wrong net and I am waiting for the new one........

The purchase and delivery went well, but unfortunately we have not yet been able to get rid of the huge double pallet on which the trampoline was delivered. The freight forwarder refused to take it back, and the bulky waste we ordered for today did not take it either. We would be grateful for any advice as we are now left with a disposal that is chargeable for us. Best regards

I ordered a protective net and a cover to protect the springs... I had no choice of color. I have a pink flower-shaped trampoline but I could only order in blue. Too bad. The color remains beautiful and vibrant even though it is not the same. Regarding the delivery, DPD did not come to my home despite quite expensive delivery fees. I had to go to a pickup point.

Very good product and good value for money. Easy assembly. However, it is difficult to find a time slot with your providers for delivery as they do not deliver on Saturdays and give very wide time slots (9am to 3pm)... very difficult when you work... there are now many couriers who are more flexible, that would probably be better for us.

Very high quality trampoline. My daughters are delighted and so are we. Only downside: a big scare during assembly when we realized we didn't have the right assembly instructions. Fortunately, it was just the instructions. The ordered trampoline was indeed the one we received... phew!

Trampoline that seems to be of good quality. However, downside for the packaging where a 360 is placed on a mini pallet and thus overflows on each side resulting in completely torn packaging upon arrival.. The delivery person literally came out of the truck with the spring bags in hand.. For the price, we would have liked France Trampoline to package the trampoline properly.. So several phone calls to ensure that if any parts were missing they would be sent to us.. And they will be sent well but phew nothing was missing! Brief instructions, assembly not necessarily obvious..

Fast delivery with a phone call to warn, great. Good quality trampoline, good look. We broke a tensioner for the net poles, probably too tight but I find it a bit light, even if the fixing principle of these poles is very good. Finally, the basketball hoop as a gift was not included in the delivery... too bad... :(
