Excellent product. Absolutely satisfied

I set up the new net yesterday, no problem, very satisfied. The only inconvenience was at the order, I hoped that the site would directly offer me the products corresponding to our trampoline.

Much more difficult to assemble than in the video despite an educational manual. Quality product

Transport was quite complicated to determine one. Despite a date set with a neighbor, the delivery took place two days before that. The only point to improve. I recommend your products, which I have owned for 6 years, spare parts are always available, the advantage of French manufacturing.

Hello, Thank you for sending us what was missing in the packages. Perhaps pay attention with some of your delivery drivers, because upon receiving the 3rd package, the driver placed a small package at the same time as the package for the protective net. Have a good day.

Good product. Good quality during assembly. To be seen over time. For now, nothing to complain about except for the anchoring straps not being strong enough, we had to change them.

I am strangely ambivalent because I ordered from you on the recommendation of a friend reassured about the quality. Expect 2 hours of assembly with 2 adults and to carefully follow the axes for placing the ground net. When we use it, apart from the squeaking of the springs with each jump, the kids are safe. My (big) negative points: The drawings in the assembly instructions (ultra pixelated) are better made by my 7-year-old child, especially the sketch for fitting the legs... The day after the first use and protected at night by the protective cover, I noticed that the white paint of the central logo had stained my socks (sic) and the jumping net has parts in nylon that look deconstructed, like knots of sewing threads. I am therefore questioning the longevity of the trampoline, especially since that was the initial idea. I will send the photos to the site to understand if this is an isolated case... or not.

Good service. Product meets expectations.

The order was placed very easily, the products arrived very quickly and within a very precise timeframe. The downside is that the trampoline mat (which is outside) does not allow water to pass through well, so after each rain, a bit of water accumulates on this mat. It's a bit annoying. That's why I indicated "average".

Order taken quickly, delivery a bit long

I was surprised by the speed of delivery: 2 days. However, I find the delivery price a bit high. But everything has a price!!! We should have the option for delivery time with a reduced rate if the order is not urgent.

Order and receipt completed in four days. Easy assembly. The only downside is the fragility of the carabiners on the net closure, one broke during assembly, too bad!

This is the second cover I ordered, the first one being torn due to strong winds. Commercial gesture from France Trampoline (the cover was no longer under warranty - 6 months). If more attachments were added, the cover might be even more resistant to this "fragility": it tore at a fixation point.

Difficult delivery but kindness of the interlocutors allowing contact with the delivery service to make an appointment. It's a shame that the transport company does not call ahead for delivery appointments. Regarding the assembly, the instructions do not explain enough: e.g. positioning of the support feet to be oriented so that they can fit, as they can no longer be turned to place the crossbars. Some nuts (6) were missing.

The quality of the cover corresponds to the description - we are very satisfied.
