Trampoline ***. Good quality, clear instructions, fast delivery. But: The top arch of the net comes off the ends of the poles with each use. The fastening should be reinforced, for example, with a strap.

The package suffered damage for the first time, resulting in non-delivery. France Trampoline reacted well because as soon as they were informed, they sent out a second delivery which this time was delivered without damage. Delivery times were longer than expected.

Hello, we have received your feedback on the ground fixation kit and we appreciate that the item meets your expectations. You ordered on May 31 and we handed your package to the carrier on June 1, 2016. The delivery person tried to deliver to you on Friday, June 3, according to the request you made on the carrier's website, which allows you to select a date and time slot for delivery. You were apparently not available on the agreed date, so the carrier returned to deliver to you the following Monday. Our carrier does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays, in order to keep transport costs to a minimum. We remain at your disposal if you have any questions. The France Trampoline team.

Good telephone advice, product in stock, fast delivery (3 days), correct instructions, accessories very expensive considering the quality (ladder, anchoring...) ground fixation is mandatory, but there is no ideal solution, the kit guarantees nothing, only time will tell if we are right or not!!

We would like to clarify that the ground fixation kit is not mandatory but recommended if the trampoline is placed in a windy area. Regarding the ladder, it is equipped with wide steps so that children can access the trampoline easily and without hurting their feet (as is often the case with ladders that have rungs as steps). Trampoline of very good quality. The assembly with 2 people took much longer than the 1h30 indicated in the guide (over 3 hours with 2 people), it's better to know that. Everything else is absolutely perfect. Thank you.

Following a strong gust of wind, I had to change a few upper half-poles of my "jump up 360" trampoline. I received them quite quickly. The only downside is that they are not quite identical to the originals. The new ones are a bit shorter (-7 cm) and there is no longer a locking system between the lower part and the upper part of the pole. Nevertheless, I was still able to install them on my trampoline and they serve their purpose correctly.
