Very good quality of the trampoline, however the attachments for the safety net are not strong enough - they broke on the first day (I was warned by other reviews on this site). They need to be replaced with nylon ties for electric wires.

I was able to choose the delivery day and it went well even though we had to wait all day. A call to inform us of an estimated delivery time would be a plus (morning or afternoon without being ultra precise).

We do mention in the texts that the net of the ACCESS trampoline does not have a zipper. This is also visible in the photos present on the website. The zipper is only present on the Jump'Up range.
