I would have given 5 stars if there hadn't been a small problem with the delivery: the black loops of the net did not fit on the posts, they were too narrow; I later received some adapters to fit the net. Otherwise, the trampoline is great, very sturdy compared to what I can see with others. The service is impeccable. I always recommend it to others.

Very happy with the product, just like the first time. But, for the second time, we are again unhappy with your delivery process. When the recipient has a professional life that involves uncertainties, receiving your packages becomes very complicated and costly. We had to go all the way to Bondoufle to pick up a trampoline cover! Can't you use the services of La Poste, which leaves a delivery notice, or those of a local shop that closes late in the evening (like a café for example)? Others do it and it's much more convenient.

However, you could have sent us a quick email with your request, and we would have forwarded your address change in a few minutes. Moreover, we clearly indicate that currently, only deliveries for a trampoline are made by appointment. A delivery for an accessory or spare part is made without an appointment.
