I followed your assembly instructions to the letter, they are not very clear, the different parts are not numbered and moreover the green fabric pole covers you say should be put on after fixing the poles when they should be put on before because the poles are high and we are not tall enough to put them on. Material conforms to the order and is of very good quality (purchase to replace another trampoline). The delivery leaves something to be desired. The telephone reception and appointment scheduling went perfectly, the time slot could be refined in the morning and the driver respected it. But he could not (or did not want to) take the access road to my house, so I had to take my wheelbarrow and eventually bring my car down to carry the package back up. The driver did not have a hand truck and did not help me unload the package (a trampoline weighs a certain amount!). I was clearly the last customer as the truck was almost empty. I have had deliveries before, but this is the first time I had to go get the delivery at the bottom of my path; fortunately, the fuel delivery driver does not make me go back and forth with a bucket.
