Order and shipping: very fast, very well packaged. Trampoline: easy assembly and no issues. Each element is well thought out, everything seemed very robust. Small downside with the anchoring kit, impossible to screw the elements into the ground. Indeed, as soon as there is a stone, it is impossible to drive deeper. Usage: magnificent! From the first jumps we have fun... The children and parents are therefore delighted! Finally a trampoline that will last!

The quality of the product seems to be very good. A downside regarding the assembly instructions, not always very clear. Another downside regarding the delivery service... Despite the appointment made (you have to be present for a whole day, between 8 am and 6 pm), the package arrived a day late... at the wrong address where I happened to be!!! Moreover, the package was very damaged.

Delivery services adequate to what was agreed. I contracted urgent service and it did not arrive on time, ruining the surprise of my little daughter's birthday, without being compensated in any way, just with the relevant apologies after my complaint. And to make matters worse, I was charged for the urgent service for which I had to request a refund. Satisfied with the product purchased, not so with the delivery service.

Dear customer, Our delivery time, as indicated repeatedly on our website, is 3 to 7 working days. When placing your order 48 hours before the desired delivery date, we told you that we would do our best to deliver it on time, that is, making an urgent shipment with a supplement of €10 knowing that in that case the delivery time is 48 to 72 hours. And we did so, with the bad luck that the package arrived in 72 hours and not in the desired 48 hours. Still, we immediately proceeded to refund the €10 supplement for this shipment and we apologize for the inconvenience caused, despite having made it clear from the beginning the impossibility of guaranteeing 100% delivery within the desired time.
