Good advice over the phone and by email, clear explanations on the site, deadlines met as announced, an efficient delivery service, only the assembly instructions could still be improved... happy and reassured children and adults in front of the quality of the material.

Hello, thank you for your comment. When you placed your order on 11/07, the restocking date of the trampoline was 30/08, as indicated on the product sheet. On 12/07, the restock was advanced to 30/06. The product was finally shipped on 06/08 and delivered on 12/08. Your children were able to enjoy the trampoline during the month of August. The trampoline is great, but the assembly is hard work. Especially stretching the net took a lot of time and effort from two adults. The ladder was delivered weeks after the trampoline - which wouldn't be a problem. Unfortunately, it was not mentioned that the ladder cannot be installed afterwards! We now have to remove the entire net again and remount it, which no one wants.
