Trampoline delivery not respected. We made an appointment to be there on the day of receipt and the package arrived 4 days early. The carrier called us and complained that we were not there!! The package is too heavy for him and he leaves it in a common alley for several neighbors. Unpleasant carrier who complains about the load being too heavy! It's his job and every job comes with its problems. Fortunately, the package was fine, but honestly, this type of problem needs to be addressed because buying a trampoline for *** euros is not trivial; it is an item that we could not receive as it should have been!

Excellent quality and sturdy trampoline! You can immediately see the difference with ordinary trampolines found in stores. I already know that my 4-year-old daughter will enjoy it for many years!
