Order of a protection net FT found my original trampoline purchase and contacted me to indicate that the selected reference was incompatible with my trampoline. Together we chose by phone the reference that suited me, I greatly appreciated this time-saving, avoiding the return of an inappropriate order. Excellent responsiveness. However, the spare parts selection system on the site for a non-professional needs to be reviewed, too much risk of reference error.
