Order placed and paid online. I had to inquire myself several times about the delivery time. Delivery not made by the carrier on the indicated day. I had to contact France Trampoline to get a new delivery date. A follow-up and clearer information even by email would be welcome.

I bought a Jump Up trampoline of 360 cm. Upon unpacking, you immediately realize the quality of the materials. I assembled it alone in about 2 hours and 30 minutes. Very easy to assemble and the kids are happy with the result. The delivery was quite fast once the product was available (I knew at the time of purchase that it was out of stock).

The only problem, 1 month before delivery when at the time of order it was noted (in stock delivery 5/6 working days) and in very small print (after handing over to the carrier). 1 month or 5/6 days is not the problem, I would have taken it anyway, but I think there is deception in the order and the handover to the carrier which takes 3 weeks. There you go, it's better to be honest and say things. Apart from that, the product is of very good quality, easy to assemble, robust and used with great safety.
