Very good product, the quality is there.. Fits very well in our small garden, relatively easy to assemble. The only downside is the delivery: you have to block the day and no delivery on Saturday.

When you talk about the service provider, I think it refers to the delivery person. Excellent, call before arrival and delivery at the requested location, nothing to say. If the service provider is the manufacturer: I assembled the trampoline myself and was able to assess the quality of the materials. It took me a little day, it was very hot. After that, my daughter was able to test the bounce, it's great. She does it in a club with professional trampolines.

Excellent service: I had a deadline for my son's birthday and everything was done to ensure the order arrived on time... Every phone exchange was very pleasant and very efficient. The trampoline is impeccable, the quality is there, nothing to compare with the 'standard' trampolines: the mats, the springs, the finishes, the bounce, users can really tell the difference.
