Hello, I just saw now that my review had been "posted" and read the response from France Trampoline. Very pleasantly surprised to have received replacement hooks by mail (which I had mentioned in my initial review), I am tempted to give one more star because really everything has been perfect so far. As a regular online buyer, I have never seen such responsiveness and professionalism... Bravo to everyone. PS: Having limited access to the trampoline to three, my 11 grandchildren are queuing for their turn!!! You should offer an entry counter as an option, with a green light or red light for large families... Best regards, A happy and delighted buyer

I am very happy with this trampoline but two days after receiving it, the plastic attachments to close the trampoline all broke!! I informed France trampoline who immediately sent me new attachments and even a bit more, I find this very professional and very pleasant to have responsive and serious people, that is why I highly recommend them.

Shipping costs very expensive and delivery a bit long for a bag of hooks that are far too fragile! Too bad because the trampoline is of good quality....

Hello Sir, we have taken your comment into account. After verification, we sent your order within 72 working hours by La Poste. We are therefore surprised that you found the delay a bit long and we apologize for that but we remain within the announced delay of 2 to 5 working days. Then, for the shipping costs, you paid 7.50 euros including tax for a parcel shipment in France. We invite you to contact La Poste but this is the minimum rate for a signed parcel shipment with this company. Unfortunately, we cannot apply a lower rate. We remain at your disposal. After placing an order online, I was called to check the details. When I explained that I was English, an English speaking member of staff dealt with my call. She very helpfully checked that the order was correct and explained the process should I need to return the spare part I had ordered. The delivery was speedy and the correct part was received and fitted.

Good quality trampoline delivered on time. Instruction manual not intuitive but demo video on the site very effective. Only downside, I initially thought it was a fraudulent SMS upon receiving the one from the delivery person where nothing indicated a connection with France trampoline. I had to do some research before dialing the famous delivery person's phone number. Otherwise, serious site highly recommended.
