Fast delivery and very good quality trampoline. It did not budge during the last storm. And the children are having a blast. The closure is of good quality. Assembly took us 2 hours but was not complicated. The upper arch gives it good stability. In summary, a very very good product, a bit expensive but worth the cost.

Before ordering my trampoline, I spoke on the phone with a technician from France Trampoline who kindly answered my various questions and recommended a type of material suitable for my children's age. The delivery times were respected and the material arrived in excellent condition. Very good quality and sturdy material.

The sales and support service is excellent, the purchased product is also good, it matches what is advertised. However, the transport provider should be changed, as delivery times during office hours and a failed delivery are not ideal!

Excellent quality trampolines (the booster). We had a small issue with our canvas due to a cigarette burn. We only repurchased the canvas for a very reasonable price. Each element can be purchased separately, which is very practical and less expensive. We have had our trampoline for 4 years, and it shows no defects. Another note, the price of our trampoline has not increased a cent in 4 years. Well done and thank you for your competence and seriousness.

Hello Sir, We have read your comment, but we do not understand it. We announce a preparation time of 24 hours and then delivery within 2 to 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You made the purchase of your Oxygen 360 trampoline on Tuesday 14/07/15. It was therefore prepared and handed over to the carrier on Wednesday 15/07/15 in the evening. After checking the delivery tracking, you were delivered on the Wednesday of the following week as announced. We remain at your disposal for any further information. The France Trampoline team.
