After two years with a "disposable" trampoline, we decided to invest for the long term. France trampoline seemed to have much more serious and even professional products. After assembling the jump up model with net, we are not disappointed with the product which is not comparable to a low-cost option. Now we will reassess in two years...

fast delivery, trampoline that seems solid, to see with time. Only downside, the instructions are not always very clear. Plan for assembly with 2 people and about 2 hours.

Trampoline of very good quality, we have had it for 3 years! I am changing the net because it was torn at the bottom for the safety of my children! And next year I will change the protective cover for the springs!

Very good customer service, protective cover changed (torn just before the warranty expired - trampoline assembled in a place highly exposed to wind) for a model with additional fixing straps to prevent the problem from recurring.

Hello, the textile net you purchased is an element that must be very tight to ensure maximum safety in case of poor reception. If the net is loose, it will not hold the person or your children sufficiently. It takes a bit of time to install but afterwards you will be at ease and your children too. Extra trampoline, very good quality, easy assembly for one person if you follow the given procedure... the drawings in the instructions are not detailed enough for my taste, but it only slowed me down a bit for the assembly.
