Delivery service: OK Customer Service: Responsive, courteous, and fast. Assembling the trampoline: admittedly a bit long but quite simple in the end, you need two or three people. The trampoline seems to be of good quality and solid, we'll see over time. Very satisfied with my purchase, I would recommend this product.

Excellent service, fast delivery split into two because the second item had a different delivery time. Arrangement facilitated with the carrier to match our schedules and the time was respected in the fixed time slot. (between 9 AM and 10 AM, the delivery person was there at 9:30 AM)
