A top customer service, very well advised, I was given time to think (no pressure), order placed on Tuesday, delivered on Friday at the agreed time, top quality, assembly nothing to say and my little grandchildren are more than delighted, honestly I recommend, and it’s really worth comparing, the details (springs etc.) with other brands, honestly I recommend 100/100.

Very satisfied with my order and the customer service who contacted me because they couldn't find me in their customer file to be sure I had taken the measurements of my trampoline after my order. And I thank them because thanks to them we were able to cancel the order I had just placed as I had not taken the measurements correctly and place a new order correctly.

The site is still very serious, ultra-fast and careful delivery, quality and sturdy products. We had to change some wear parts (safety net among other things) on our 4.60m octagonal trampoline after 8 years of intensive use and we found the parts without any difficulty. A real pleasure for parents and children who found a trampoline almost brand new! We are now set for many years!
