very good products. Made to measure for our needs, on a large rectangular frame. Mat to be renewed with indications on the location and number of eyelets. Order postponed for a year (cf Covid and closed establishment). Contacts followed despite all this. A delay in delivery times but understandable given our late decision and the missing custom products in recent months; Delivery ok. Good follow-up. PERFECT

The trampoline is of excellent quality. The concept of the top and bottom ring holding the safety net is great and very reassuring. Small downside, the design of the opening to get in could be improved. It lacks practicality. Last request: I bought 4 weights and one of the four is flat. Is it possible to replace it please? Thank you.

We purchased a rectangular trampoline for our 4-year-old daughter. The quality of the materials is absolutely superior to trampolines on the market with lower prices. Very serious and professional company. There is an excellent quality-to-price ratio. Assembly should be done by two people and is not very quick, as we expected it to be when assembling a structure of that type. In conclusion, I recommend the purchase!

Nothing to complain about the product. The only remark would concern the assembly instructions which in some phases could be clearer or better illustrated. For the rest, I confirm: 2 adults are required for assembly.

Despite videos showing a simple installation, I never managed to tighten the zip line. After several attempts with the help of several people, a strong pull was the ultimate solution. Otherwise, it made my daughter happy.
