I ordered a climbing dome with hammock and swing. Fast and well-protected shipping. Easy to assemble (plan for 2 people). Dome with nice colors and very large. My children are delighted. The swing and hammock attach via harness and are therefore easily interchangeable. I recommend!

The product is great. The kids have a blast with the climbing dome and the accessories. However, the punctuality and information about the delivery date were poor. It was delivered weeks later than announced and insufficiently informed.

I received the package very quickly, the order processing was super efficient. On the installation side, stretching the cable is not easy, you need to get several people and not waste time when it is stretched. The rest of the installation goes well. Personally, I used a laser pen on a bubble level to level it as my land is sloped. It is easier when the ground is flat.

Easy and quick order, the jump360 trampoline is perfect for an adult or 2 young children with its jumping mat of more than 3m in diameter (good compromise between the footprint of the trampoline and the jumping space). Good quality trampoline, very stable (does not move even when used by an adult) and the bounce is great for children thanks to the long springs that provide good jump flexibility (also pleasant for adults)

After placing an order to change the arcs of my trampoline which I received very quickly. I had a problem and contacted France Trampoline, they found that I had made a mistake in my order and they sent me the missing parts for free and without shipping costs. I was pleasantly surprised and in our time I believe it is good to highlight companies that have an extreme sense of commerce. Pleasant on the phone despite my mistake. I take this opportunity to leave a comment on the net issues encountered by some people, it is a trampoline and not a children's park. I took a long time to make them understand that we should not deliberately throw ourselves into the nets.
