Net purchased as a replacement. The delivery was not respected because I had requested that it be delivered later as I was on vacation. It was shipped anyway, I had to change the delivery and go pick it up on the day of our arrival, otherwise the net would have been returned to the sender. Let's hope this net will be sturdier than the previous one as I barely kept it for 2 years.

The opening of this new protective net is less practical than the old one. The entrance was rectangular and not a slit. The net seems thinner. It feels a bit like savings were made on the quality of the product.

lack of assembly instructions, you have to call to get an amateur video, on the other hand, very disappointed with the new attachments of a cushion that I replaced (already France trampoline) After an exchange with FT, the email response was not up to FT's reputation.

Great, I bought this Apollo sport 500 trampoline for its XXL dimensions. Well-designed, quality product. Some plastic hooks broke quickly when attaching the net, customer service contacted = very good contact, no difficulty replacing with metal hooks quickly sent. I recommend taking the ladder sold on the site for this trampoline = easier access. Ladder of good quality as well.

The trampoline was delivered on time. Upon assembly, the material seems robust and of very good quality. On their first jump, my boys said "wow this one is really great" compared to our old trampoline from a competing industrial brand.
