Unacceptable to charge *** euros for shipping fees when we live on an island where there is a bridge, so there should normally be no problem for deliveries. Therefore, we had to have it delivered to my brother in Bordeaux, and to top it all off, he had to go pick up the package at a relay point because the carrier didn't even bother to deliver it to his home while he was there specifically for the delivery.

Unfortunately, carriers like DPD and Chronopost systematically apply a surcharge that can vary from 20 to 25 for deliveries to island areas, whether there is a bridge or not. We watched an online video before assembly, it's complementary to the manual to avoid mistakes when attaching the springs.
