Immediately after my order, an advisor called me to confirm the measurements with me and to ensure that the product met my expectations (replacement cover for trampoline). Unfortunately, once received, the cover did not fit, but no problem for the return and refund.

Transport was quite complicated to determine one. Despite a date set with a neighbor, the delivery took place two days before that. The only point to improve. I recommend your products, which I have owned for 6 years, spare parts are always available, the advantage of French manufacturing.
