Trampoline ordered not available within the deadlines. We were offered a larger trampoline for the same price. It's hard not to be very satisfied with this approach. Moreover, the order tracking is very detailed through messaging and human contacts are not neglected. Top customer service.

Efficient delivery, clear and simple installation manual ... of course, you need to be two, and count on someone strong to carry out certain operations. I wouldn't have managed alone with the springs. The trampoline is beautiful and very bouncy, I enjoy it every evening: a happy mom, a teenager, and a child!

It is a good product well secured for children. Too bad the anchoring kit is missing and that the delay is so long to receive it (1 month). The trampoline can serve both small and large and keeps all its promises!!!
