Very happy with the overall service. The sales service was easy to reach and helpful. I was able to modify my order and add an item to avoid paying shipping costs twice. The delivery was fast and well packaged. And the quality of the material is excellent. Just a downside on the plastic attachments of the trampolines that are fragile and break almost immediately. The rest is impeccable. My daughters are thrilled.

We were already delighted with our trampoline purchase, and our confidence was reinforced during the urgent order of the peripheral net (net torn by a friend of the children a week before a family gathering). I have worked for a long time in the engineering of professional mechanical equipment for safety, and this equipment is among the best quality levels in these ranges. The equipment is used and VERY much solicited by the whole family, and I must say that after assembling it, I am reassured about the safety of its use. The assembly, despite the mechanical complexity of the whole, is extremely simple (if one strictly follows the assembly procedure, especially for the springs....)
