The trampoline seems to be of good quality: heavy material, wide tubes. Small downside: the tubes are difficult to assemble, I had to use a large pliers to hold the T folded and sometimes a hammer to drive the horizontal bars onto the Ts...

I ordered 3 spring protectors for professional use trampolines. Good quality product, well above the public model. However, I did have an unexplained tear in one of the covers. I emailed their customer service and was contacted... 20 minutes later!!! It's rare enough to be noted. Especially since they immediately sent me a new cover without further discussion, really very professional as a company.

Fast delivery but assembly was not simple. Some explanations in addition to the drawings would be a plus. Once assembled, I wonder how I will disassemble it for winter. But otherwise, the kids are delighted!
