Material (wow 4.6) compliant and delivered very quickly (2 days!) good telephone reception and response to my questions. Note the main package is very heavy! (70/80 kg...) the trampoline seems very solid, to see over time - assembly took 2h30 for 1 adult and two children correct instructions (however do not rush especially remember to align the feet according to the position of the detrompeur before pushing them into the T piece... not specified in the instructions...) the hardest part! : threading the arch into the top part of the safety net... Small galvanization problem on a support for a stake changed in the process by return mail from customer service. so for now satisfied with the purchase

Superb product. Very good quality, the whole seems very solid, which is reassuring. Easy to assemble. Small downside, the protective cover for the mat is difficult to assemble with the safety net in place.

Hello, we thank you for your comment. Indeed, if the net is in place, the protective cushion is not the easiest to install. However, the cushion is installed before the safety net in the assembly instructions. You must assemble the frame, the jumping mat, and the springs, then the protective cushion THEN the safety net. Honestly super, the delivery, the product itself, it's great! Just one problem with the ladder, we never managed to assemble it, even with two people!! The plan is poor and even once understood, we never managed to do it. Without that, I would have given 5 stars.

After two years with a "disposable" trampoline, we decided to invest for the long term. France trampoline seemed to have much more serious and even professional products. After assembling the jump up model with net, we are not disappointed with the product which is not comparable to a low-cost option. Now we will reassess in two years...
