The price-quality ratio is exceptional. The trampolines are a bit more expensive than elsewhere but the quality is there. However, the instruction manual could be a bit clearer. Sometimes the drawings are difficult to understand.

Very good customer service, protective cover changed (torn just before the warranty expired - trampoline assembled in a place highly exposed to wind) for a model with additional fixing straps to prevent the problem from recurring.

Satisfied with the delivery service completely within the deadlines and adapted to our availability. Completely satisfied with the quality of the trampoline Wow 3.90. where we are enjoying with our daughter. Very good frame, very good jumping mat. One remark however on the assembly instructions regarding the assembly of the frame: better specify the order of assembly of the first elements to ensure the alignment of the holes with the notches, otherwise you have to disassemble elements adjusted a bit forcefully if you haven't aligned everything well. A bit disappointed with the average quality of small elements: U-clamp system with nut for fixing net poles with feet, adjustment system for anchoring straps and plastic stop elements for the steps of the ladder.

Hello, the textile net you purchased is an element that must be very tight to ensure maximum safety in case of poor reception. If the net is loose, it will not hold the person or your children sufficiently. It takes a bit of time to install but afterwards you will be at ease and your children too. Extra trampoline, very good quality, easy assembly for one person if you follow the given procedure... the drawings in the instructions are not detailed enough for my taste, but it only slowed me down a bit for the assembly.

Excellent trampoline. So far nothing to complain about (but we've only had it for 15 days!) the 3.90m is really big anyway. For 3 children, I think the 3.60 would have been sufficient.

Trampoline Booster 4.90m + skirt + protective cover + igloo tent. A big THANK YOU to France trampoline, first for your responsiveness, your professionalism, and then for the quality of your trampoline. The assembly done by my husband took about 3 hours alone but remains very easily achievable, the quality of the tubular structure is undeniable!! Our children are having a blast and to be honest, mom and dad too ;-). Thank you again
