Speed in delivery. If questions arise, it is easy to contact France Trampoline. Very attentive professionals, which is pleasant and allows for more peace of mind. The ordered trampoline fully meets our expectations. It is of very good quality and easy to assemble (3 hours for two, and it was our first time). Our 4 children are delighted, and so are we! I recommend France Trampoline!

The parts provided by the after-sales service do not fit well with the old model of trampoline. The springs had to be forced into the arches, the cap of the net pole does not have the same diameter as the pole at all. Moreover, it is difficult to make this situation understood to our contact at France trampoline despite explanations and photos provided. I feel like we are being mocked because I cannot believe they are so unaware of the products.

Delivered on time and in good condition. The assembly went very well, the assembly instructions are of very good quality (just a small inaccuracy was noted).
