quick shipment arrived before my little girl's birthday because we were able to set it up before the big day just a small complaint you should include a protective cover in the pack for an additional price. The service has been excellent. They called me to confirm that what I had ordered was really what I needed. I lowered the rating by one star because they told me they wouldn't charge until I had the product at home, and that wasn't the case. Unless there was an error or misunderstanding, it is impossible that we told you that the product is charged once the order is received, as this goes against our policy. It is true that we have a payment option in 3 installments where 60% of the order is charged once it has been received, corresponding to the second and third payment installments. However, for this, you must choose the payment option in 3 installments. Trampoline Jump'Up 4.30m super quality, my husband assembled it in 2 hours, the girls are having a blast, the trampo foot offers new games... The tricks keep coming... and my girls are not holding back! For one of their birthdays, there were 8 of them, under supervision of course. I am happy to have opted for a trampoline from France Trampoline, I had to exceed my budget but the option of paying in 3 installments without fees allowed me this excess, and given the quality of the material I have no regrets. Of course, there are trampolines at more accessible prices but the quality is not at all the same, and the safety of my girls is priceless! Trampoline delivered quickly - the delivery person was very professional, he helped me check the contents of the packages. Everything was there.

I have nothing to say about the quality of the interlocutors and their seriousness. The only concern is that I did not receive the entirety of the order and do not know the outcome of this matter. Indeed, upon opening the box, 2 items were listed on the delivery note and only 1 was in the box. I was told that I should have made reservations on the delivery note. I am not in the habit of opening the packages that are delivered to me and only check that the box is not damaged, which was not the case. I hope to have a favorable outcome...

Excellent quality trampoline, easy to assemble (with two people). The kids love it. Everything arrived on time, well packaged. The only downside is that the delivery person left everything on the road, at the bottom of our house. We had to unpack all the packages to bring everything up to the house (house in the mountains).

Read the instructions well and you will save time. 1st and 2nd contact with the delivery person top My only downside: a not-so-great driver during delivery but FT can't do anything about that!!
