The quality of the product is excellent. The assembly of the trampoline is easy. However, the assembly manual for the safety net is not very well done. We still manage, but we have to redo it. The children are delighted

Good service, exemplary delivery time. At delivery, the packaging carton was missing the name of the trampoline mentioned on the site, so it was impossible to know if the order form was correct compared to the validation made online.

Order placed and delivered within the time frame indicated. I ordered an oval trampoline, the only small hiccup is the instructions which I did not have in French but in Spanish for the assembly of the net. For the rest, perfect. The children jump on it and everyone is happy.

Conforms to the order. Small downside regarding stock: when ordering, the trampoline was in stock and once validated it was no longer! Delay of one week!

Very good product delivered quickly and assembled in 1h30 to 2. Fortunately, because the children were very impatient. I recommend this site and this product. The assembly is easy, the materials are of good quality. The only delicate point: the plastics that surround the protections of the tubes holding the net do not hold and leave the plastic foam exposed. I'm afraid that water will seep in and that the foam will deteriorate more quickly.

Hello, We bought a good quality trampoline. The explanations regarding assembly are clear except for the assembly time (it took us more than 3 hours). For the delivery, we want to thank France Trampoline, the model we ordered was out of stock so the delivery time was pushed back but having a time constraint, France Trampoline did everything to deliver us by the deadline we had. Bravo!!!

Delighted!!! Both with the site's indications for choice and with the delivery times. Call from the delivery person, we managed to coordinate the whole day ideally. In less than 7 days the trampoline was ordered, delivered, and installed (by ourselves). Result is up to what we hoped for.

I ordered the Jump'Up 360 pack, delivery within the announced time (1 week), however, a lot of waiting for the protective cover but we are in summer so no urgent need. Very good quality of the product, easy assembly, my daughter and my wife are enjoying it!!!
