After ordering a jumping mat, I was asked to confirm the exact dimensions of the mat. This shows the seriousness of this site. The item was received quickly, compliant with the order, and it adapted perfectly to my trampoline. The quality of the mat is excellent and the assembly was easy.

Commande arrivée très rapidement donc vraiment top sur ce point. J'enlève une toute petite étoile car la notice n'est pas super claire par moment. A voir la résistance dans le temps.

Trampoline of very good quality. Assembly took a long time because the instructions were relatively unclear. Very disappointed with the delivery service: even though I contacted customer service several times to ask about the delivery day, and they assured me that I would be contacted by the delivery person... that was not the case! It was complicated to welcome the delivery person since it was a delivery to a second home... Aside from this disappointing delivery and the tedious assembly, our children are thrilled with the trampoline.

After ordering on the site, someone contacted me by email to confirm the dimensions and to ask for additional information. This person wanted to avoid any mistakes and ensure I wouldn't have to return the product. After responding, I received my order 2 days later. Very serious.
