Satisfied with the shipment and the product, even though it took a while to find the old order to identify the model to order. However, upon receipt, there were no indications for installation (neither manual nor indications on the product itself). We took some time to find how to properly position the protective mat and even wondered for a while if we had ordered the wrong model. Now satisfied with the result.

A little scare upon receipt, the dimension on the delivery note was not the same as what I had ordered. 5 cm off, but that can be important! In the end, everything is fine, it's the right size!

France trampoline offers the possibility to maintain trampolines by providing all spare parts. Therefore, it is easy to replace parts that have worn out. We live at altitude (snow and extreme cold) and have had the trampoline for 7/8 years. Our children enjoy a trampoline in very good condition even today, partly because the original quality is present and partly because we have been able to ensure optimal maintenance thanks to the quality of France trampoline's services.
